Chef De Partie – 20k To 22k – Private Members Club – 4 Days Per Week – Central London
Chef De Partie required for this prestigious Private Members Club in Central London

• 4 days on/3 days off
• 8 shifts per week

This prestigious Private Members Club is seeking the talents of an experienced Chef De Partie to join its brigade. The Head Chef is from a strong Michelin background. You will be creating fine modern European/Mediterranean Cuisine to a 3 AA Rosette/Michelin standard. You must have experience within a very high standard fine dining environment, preferably of 3 AA Rosette/Michelin standards and you must match to the Head Chef’s ambition.

As Chef De Partie, you will be working with the head chef or sous chef to ensure the smooth running of your designated section as well as be involved in the training of the commis chefs. You will be working 8 shifts over 4 days and have every Sunday off. A competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum is available for the right Chef De Partie.

Head Pastry Chef – 30k – Michelin – Modern French/european Cuisine – Central London
Head Pastry chef required for this fine dining restaurant in Central London

This very popular fine dining restaurant, being run by a highly acclaimed executive chef, is seeking the talents of an experienced Head Pastry Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fine Modern French/European Cuisine using only fresh seasonal ingredients which are bought in fresh daily. You must have experience in a Michelin environment or at least a 3 AA Rosette environment.

As the Head Pastry Chef, you will have all knowledge of all aspects in patisserie including breads & ice-creams and you would be responsible for training any junior chefs under your wing. You will be working closely with the head chef to create new dessert menus and implement them. An excellent salary of £30,000 per annum is available for the right Head Pastry Chef

This well known fine dining restaurant is looking to recruit an experienced Demi Pastry Chef De Partie/Commis Pastry Chef to be part of its stable brigade. You will be creating fine Modern European Cuisine using fresh ingredients. You must have experience within fine dining restaurants of at least a 1/2 AA Rosette standard.

As Demi Pastry Chef de Partie/Commis Pastry Chef, you will have basic knowledge of all aspects of Patisserie including breads. You will be working under a head pastry chef to ensure the smooth running of the pastry section. There will also be many learning opportunities. A competitive salary of £15,000 - £18,000 per annum is available for the right Demi Pastry Chef De Partie/Commis Pastry Chef.

You will be creating fresh Modern European Cuisine using only the finest available seasonal ingredients. You must have experience within restaurants of a Michelin Star or a 3 AA Rosette standard.

As Chef De Partie, you will be running your own section and be involved in the training of the junior chefs. You will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas towards new menus. You will need to have a passion for food and be willing to learn. An excellent salary of £20,000 per annum is available for the right Chef De Partie.
