Chef De Partie/demi Cdp – 16k To 18k – New Opening – Modern British Cuisine – Central London
Chef De Partie & Demi Chef De Parte required for this new fine dining restaurant in Central London

This fine dining restaurant, which is opening later this month, is seeking a Chef De Partie and Demi Chef De Partie to join its brigade. You will be creating fine Modern British Cuisine for up to 80 covers. There is also a private dining area for up to 20 covers. You must have experience in a similar role within a very high standard fine dining environment.

As Chef De Partie/Demi Chef De Partie, you will be working with the head chef or sous chef to ensure the smooth running of your designated section as well as be involved in the training of the commis chefs. You will also be given the opportunity to work on all sections. An attractive salary of £16,000 - £18,000 per annum is available for the right Chef De Partie/Demi Chef De Partie.

Sous Chef & Junior Sous Chef required for this new fine dining restaurant in Central London

This fine dining restaurant, which is opening later this month, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef & Junior Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fine Modern British Cuisine for up to 80 covers. There is also a private dining area for up to 20 covers. You must have experience in a similar role within a very high standard fine dining environment.

As Sous Chef/Junior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the executive chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses. An attractive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef/Junior Sous Chef.

Chef De Partie – Up To 23k – Fine Dining – Modern European Cuisine – Central London
Chef De Partie required for this fine dining establishment in Central London

This fine dining restaurant is seeking the talents of an experienced Chef De Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fine Modern European Cuisine using the freshest ingredients available. You must have experience within a very high standard fine dining environment

As a Chef de Partie you will have the responsibility of running your own section as well as the supervision and training of the junior chefs. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses. An excellent package of up to £23,000 per annum is available for the right Chef De Partie.

Sous Chef – 28k – Michelin – Modern French Cuisine – Central London
Sous Chef required for this fine dining establishment in Central London

This award wining restaurant is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fine Modern French Cuisine using fresh, seasonal ingredients and everything is prepared fresh on the premises. You must have experience within at least a 1 Michelin Star or 3 AA Rosette environment.

As Sous Chef you would be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen. You will be working on all sections and be involved in the development of the junior chefs in the kitchen. You will be in charge of the kitchen in the head chef’s absence. An excellent salary of £28,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.

2x Chef De Parties required for this fine dining restaurant located in Central London

This fine dining restaurant, which is part of a multi award winning company, is seeking talented Chef De Parties to join its brigade. You will be creating fresh Modern Eclectic Cuisine using only the finest ingredients available. You must have experience within at least a 1/2 AA Rosette

As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for your own section as well as the development of the junior chefs under your wing. There are many incentives available including free meals within the restaurants, learning opportunities and overtime pay. An excellent salary of £21,000 per annum is available for the right Chef De Partie.
