This prestigious restaurant, which is run by an up and coming executive chef from a 2 Michelin Star background, is seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fresh British/European Cuisine using only the finest, locally sourced ingredients available and the menus changes seasonally. To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years experience as a Senior Chef De Partie or 1 year as a Junior Sous Chef within Michelin/3 AA Rosette establishments.

You would be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade as well as managing the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. You will also be given the opportunity to contribute new ideas towards the menu. An attractive salary of £25,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Sous Chef.

This well known fine dining restaurant is seeking an experienced Demi Chef De Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be working under an ambitious Head Chef from a strong Michelin background. You will be creating fine Modern European Cuisine using only fresh ingredients. Experience within a 2/3 AA Rosette, fine dining environment is essential for this role.

Demi Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for the smooth running of your designated section. You will be given the opportunity to experience all the sections in the kitchen.
