The Head Chef is from a strong Michelin background. You will be creating fine modern European/Mediterranean Cuisine to a 3 AA Rosette/Michelin standard. You must have experience within a very high standard fine dining environment, preferably of 3 AA Rosette/Michelin standards and you must match to the Head Chefs ambition.As Chef De Partie, you will be working with the head chef or sous chef to ensure the smooth running of your designated section as well as be involved in the training of the commis chefs.
