Senior Sous Chef - 40k - 2 Aa Rosette Restaurant - Monday To Friday - Senior Sous Chef
Senior Sous Chef required for this fine dining seafood restaurant in the City

The Role:
For this position you should have experience as a Sous Chef within a 2 AA Rosette environment and a knowledge of seafood would be an advantage. An amazing salary of £40,000 is available for the right Senior Sous Chef, however, with this great salary comes responsibility. You will be managing the kitchen and a team of 14 Chefs in the absence of the Executive Chef, taking care of stock control, ordering, staff Rota’s, training and motivating junior chefs as well as executing the high standards set by this successful restaurant.

The Venue
This is a 2 AA Rosette restaurant in the city which is open from Monday to Friday and caters for up to 80 covers per service. The restaurant also has a separate events company which you will be involved in as required.

Sous Chef required for this 2 AA Rosette Modern British Restaurant

A great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join one of London's top 5 Star Hotels. You will be working for the 2 AA Rosette Restaurant and directly with the Executive Chef. You will be creating Modern British cuisine and catering for up to 100 covers per service.
As Sous Chef you will have to have experience in Rosette restaurants, have managed a brigade of Chefs as well as taken responsibility for stock control and ordering.

Pastry Sous Chef is required for a prestigious 5 Star Hotel in central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef to join one of London's most famous hotels. You will be working directly with the Head Pastry Chef and managing a brigade of 10 other chefs.

You will have to have experience in another top 5 Star Hotel, preferably as a Pastry Sous Chef. Extensive knowledge of classical and modern patisserie, afternoon teas, plated desserts and banqueting. You will also have to be very organised as you will also be taking responsibility with the Head Pastry Chef in menu planning, stock control and ordering as well as staff management and Rota's.

The Job: CHEF DE PARTIE

Salary: C£18, 000

• Tourist Venue in Central London
• Straight Shifts/45 hours per week
• Dinner only 2 days per week
• High volume, fine dining restaurant
• £18K and tips
• Immediate Start for the right person

A Chef de Partie is needed immediately for a busy tourist venue in Central London. You will be working in the fine dining restaurant, working in a team of 15+ chefs.

The food is Modern British/European, and as Chef de Partie you will be required to manage all areas, and assist the head chef with all management aspects.

The Chef de Partie will have a salary of £18K, and will only work straight shifts. The restaurant is open for lunch 7 days per week, and is only open for dinner Thursday and Friday.
