You will be creating fine Modern British Cuisine for up to 80 covers. There is also a private dining area for up to 20 covers. You must have experience in a similar role within a very high standard fine dining environment.As Chef De Partie/Demi Chef De Partie, you will be working with the head chef or sous chef to ensure the smooth running of your designated section as well as be involved in the training of the commis chefs.
