Chef De Partie who has just returned from two years working in Australia, placed in a 3 AA Rosette restaurant which is looking to win its first Michelin Star.

Found a Pastry Chef De Partie with a solid 5 Star Hotel background his first Pastry Junior Sous position. He will be assisting an award winning Head Pastry Chef in an exclusive Private Members Club.


Well trained Commis Chef who has just arrived from Canada, placed and started in a 3 AA Rosette restaurant located within a famous 5 Star Hotel. He’s looking forward to learning from and working in a well organised and structured team.


April 2013

Recruited three Chef De Parties, all experienced in Spanish cuisine to Michelin standards, for an opening team of 20 Chefs.


Placed a Chef De Partie & Pastry Chef De Partie for a City based hospitality venue operated by a leading Contact Caterer.


Provided a prestigious Private Members Club with a talented Sous Chef, experienced in both fine dining a la carte and events service.


Found a well-known and established 2 AA Rosette restaurant a career focused Sous Chef, who is looking forward to maintaining the reputation and standards achieved so far.


March 2013

Young career focused Chef De Partie who wanted to expand his knowledge, placed with an industry leading Japanese restaurant group.


Placed a Senior Chef De Partie who needed to reduce her hours at a well-known Private Members Club. She’s looking forward to having to having more of a structured Rota and spending more time with her family, without sacrificing the quality of food she producing.


February 2013

Carefully placed a Pastry Commis Chef with one of the UK’s top Pastry Chefs. He will learn all aspects of modern Patisserie and is looking forward to refining his Chocolate skills.


CDP with a strong Rosette background, just re-located from Scotland and placed with a leading London restaurant group. He’s surprised by the fact that he will be working less hours here than he did there.


Found a very talented & passionate Pastry Chef a position within a suitable Michelin stared kitchen. She now has the opportunity to gain recognition for her work and certainly one to watch for the future!


Placed a very enthusiastic CDP, who just arrived in the UK, within a critically acclaimed restaurant.


Found a talented Junior Sous with a stable Rosette background his first Sous position, working alongside a Head Chef who will guide him through the transition into management.


Pastry Apprentice Chef & Chef De  Partie contacted us whilst working in France. They have both relocated together and joined an opening team of 40 Chefs for one of the most high profile launches of 2013.
