Pastry Chef de Partie required for this fine dining restaurant in Central London.

This fine dining restaurant is seeking the talents of a Pastry Chef de Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fresh modern European/Eclectic cuisine using only the freshest available ingredients. You will ideally have experience within a 1/2 AA rosette environment.

As Pastry Chef de Partie you will have knowledge of all aspects of patisserie including breads. You will work with the Head Chef to create new ideas for the dessert menu. You will be responsible for training the junior pastry chefs under your wing. An excellent salary of £18,000 is available for the right Pastry Chef De Partie who is available to start immediately.

Head Chef – Up To 39k – British Cuisine – Fine Dining – Mon To Fri – Central London
Head Chef required for this fine dining restaurant/bar in Central London

This fine dining restaurant/bar is seeking the talents of an experienced Head Chef to oversee its operation. The brigade is made up of 6 chefs and you will be creating fine Modern/Traditional British Cuisine using fresh seasonal produce and ingredients. You would ideally have 2 years experience working within a high standard fine dining environment.

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and developing the menus as well as daily specials. You will also be responsible for training and developing the kitchen brigade and reviewing their performance, maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and all the admin work for the kitchen. A very competitive package of up to £32,000 per annum plus £7,000 bonuses (bonuses paid quarterly and annually) is available for the right Head Chef.

This fine dining 80 cover restaurant is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fine Modern French Cuisine and you will have only the freshest ingredients available at your disposal. The restaurant is pushing to achieve top accolades in the New Year. You will ideally have experience within a 1/2/3 AA Rosette environment.

As Pastry Chef, you will have knowledge of all aspects of patisserie including breads, sorbets and ice creams. You will be working closely with the head chef (who is from a Michelin background) to create new ideas for the dessert menu. You will be responsible for training the junior pastry chefs in the brigade. A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum is available for the right Pastry Chef.

As Sous Chef, you will be working on all sections and managing the kitchen in the head chef’s absence. You will be involved in the menu planning as well as be responsible for the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. An excellent salary of £30,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
