This restaurant seats up to 30 covers and serves fine European/Eclectic cuisine. You will be running a brigade of 4 chefs. You will have at least 2 years experience as a head chef with a strong restaurant background.As Head Chef, you will be confident when writing menus, maintaining GPs and all other financial and admin aspects. You will also be responsible for the development of the junior chefs. All food is freshly prepared on site.
