This well known, award winning company, which has a very huge celebrity clientele, is seeking an ambitious Demi Chef De Partie to join its kitchen team. This establishment combines a production unit with a healthy, fine dining concept that produces meals focusing on the individual, nutritional requirements of each client. All the ingredients are organic/free range and are freshly bought every day. You must have fine dining experience as well as excellent verbal and written English.

As Demi Chef De Partie, you will be involved in the daily preparation of the meals. You will ensure that each meal is prepared to the highest standard and to the individual nutritional requirements of each client. You will also ensure that each meal is the right portion size and packaged to the highest standard of presentation. The shifts are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm with one Saturday per month. A competitive salary of £16,000 per annum plus benefits, which include free lunches and private health care, is available for the right Demi Chef De Partie.

This well known, award winning company, which has a very huge celebrity clientele, is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie/Team Leader to join its kitchen team. This establishment combines a production unit with a healthy, fine dining concept that produces meals focusing on the individual, nutritional requirements of each client. All the ingredients are organic/free range and are freshly bought every day. You must have fine dining experience, excellent verbal and written English and basic computer skills. Experience in a production kitchen would also be an advantage.

As Chef De Partie/Team Leader, you will be assisting in the day to day running of the kitchen. You must have a strong attention to detail as you will be responsible for ensuring that each meal is the correct portion size and to the highest quality and that all nutritional requirements are met. You would also be responsible for ensuring all hygiene regulations and health & safety policies are adhered to. The shifts are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm with one Saturday per month. A competitive salary of £18,000 per annum plus benefits, which include free lunches and private health care, is available for the right Chef De Partie/Team Leader.

This popular 5 star deluxe hotel, which is part of a world famous hotel group, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fine Modern European Cuisine using fresh seasonal ingredients. There is a fine dining restaurant, lounge bar, private dining and banqueting facilities. You must have experience within 4/5 star hotels. Banqueting experience would also be a big advantage but not essential.

As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of all the F&B departments as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be in charge in the head chef’s absence. There would also be opportunities for progression within the hotel group as well as great opportunities to transfer to other properties within the group worldwide. An attractive salary of £28,000 per annum plus great benefits is available for the right Sous Chef.

This position would also suit a very experienced commis chef looking to take the next step in their career. You will be creating fine modern Eclectic Cuisine using only the freshest ingredients available. You much have experience within 1/2 AA Rosette rated establishments and you must be available to start immediately.

As Demi Chef De Partie, you will be working under a chef de partie to ensure the smooth running of your designated section. You will also be given the opportunity to work on all sections. As Commis Pastry Chef you will have basic knowledge of all aspects of patisserie including breads. You will work with the senior Pastry Chefs who will oversee your development.
