You will be serving fine modern/traditional British Cuisine and everything is prepared fresh on the premises. You must have experience within a high standard fine dining environment. This position will also suit experienced Senior Chef De Parties who are looking to take the next step in their career.As Junior Sous Chef, you will be working on all sections and be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which will be essential as your career progresses. There would also be opportunities to advance in your career within the company due to ongoing expansion plans.
